Virtual Identity

I was given (as a loan) a book called "Digital Ego, Social and Legal Aspects of Virtual Identity", by Jacob van Kokswijk. I have not read it, but it seems very interesting. Skimming it through I noticed the interesting illustration below about Online Identity.
